Vertragsabschluss
Es ist auf unserer Suchmaschine verboten gesetzeswidrige -, pornografische -, Gewalt verherrlichende -, rassistische -, menschenverachtende -, illegale MP3-, Crack -, Warze -, Hacker -, Toplisten -, Müll -, Schrott -, inhaltslose -, Baustellen -, doppelte -, Ref-Links - oder illegale Seiten einzutragen. Wir behalten uns außerdem das Recht vor, Einträge ohne Angaben von Gründen zu löschen. Sie müssen den Button-Code den Sie nach der Anmeldung in der Bannerfarm finden in Ihre Website einfügen (außer bei kostenlosen links). Banner die längere Zeit nicht angezeigt werden, ersetzen wir durch unsere Banner. Eingetragene Banner oder die Einträge werden ggf. gelöscht. Die angegebene Größe des Banners muss mit der Originalgröße übereinstimmen. Änderungen der Regeln sind jederzeit möglich.

Bedingung 1
Bei dieser Suchmaschine handelt es sich um eine kostenlose und kostenpflichtige, redaktionell gepflegten Auflistung von Links zu der sich die Betreiber der gelinkten Seiten selbst verantwortlich machen. Unser Webmaster überprüft lediglich, ob die obigen Bedingungen im Vertragsabschluß erfüllt sind. Nachdem die Jahresgebühr für die Registrierung bezahlt ist, wird der Link frei geschaltet. Der Webmaster erklärt ausdrücklich, dass er keinerlei Einfluss auf die Gestaltung und die Inhalte der gelinkten Seiten hat. Des Weiteren distanziert er sich hiermit ausdrücklich von den Inhalten aller gelinkten Seiten und macht sich diese nicht zu eigen.

Bedingung 2
Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - Haftung für Links- hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, dass man durch die Anbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann nur dadurch verhindert werden, dass man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert. Hiermit distanziere ich mich ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten aller gelinkten Seiten auf meiner Website und mache mir diese Inhalte nicht zu eigen. Diese Erklärung gilt für alle angebrachten Links.

Vertragslaufzeit
Der Vertrag beginnt mit Erhalt der Anmeldungsbestätigung bzw. durch Erhalt der Zahlungsaufforderung des Teilnehmers. Der Vertrag kann von beiden Seiten jederzeit gekündigt werden. Die Kündigung wird jeweils um 00.00 Uhr des auf den Tag der Kündigung übernächsten Tages wirksam. Eine Rückforderung von bezahlten Gebühren ist ausgeschlossen.

Allgemeines
Für den Vertrag gilt Deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Hamburg

OUR POLICY

1. fuuchs.de does not believe or endorse spam or any type of unsolicited email or postal mail. It is our promise to our members that we will never give out any type of member contact information to an outside party unless required to do so by law. This includes name, address, phone and fax number, and email addresses. Our number one goal at fuuchs.de to keep our members happy, and selling personal information is not a way of doing this. It is our guarantee that all member contact information will be kept 100 percent confidential. We may, however, post the names of contest winners for the specific purpose of prize fulfillment.

2. Advertisers and other partners do not receive any specific personal information. fuuchs.de only provides our advertisers and other partners with aggregate information (mass information used to show trends and patterns) about the people using our site.

3. fuuchs.de will divulge your private information if required to do so by law. If served with a subpoena, search warrant, or court order, MyEngines would provide the necessary information.

4. fuuchs.de does track certain general usage pattern information. fuuchs.de tracks information including what games people play, how long they have been fuuchs.de members ("Member") and if they have won. This information is used in aggregate form to improve www.fuuchs.de  (the "fuuchs.de Site") and is provided (also in aggregate form) to advertisers and partners. On the registration page, fuuchs.de requires members to fill in certain Member information ("Member Information") including month/year of birth, zip code, e-mail address, gender and country. fuuchs.de also requires the Member to choose a screen name and password. An activated fuuchs.de member can change or update their information by visiting the Member Services area of our site. With targeted advertising, we deliver advertising messages to the types of audience our advertisers most want to reach. We use the Member Information that our Members provide to assist in the identification of Members who meet these criteria. (For example, females between the ages of 25 and 35 years old). However, our advertisers are not provided with access to Members' personal information.

5. fuuchs.de does use your registration information to custom tailor information for you. This is done to customize your fuuchs.de experience and provide you with the most appropriate information. The actual targeting is done via our servers and your information is not seen by the advertiser.

6. fuuchs.de uses "cookie" technology to better serve our users. Cookies are pieces of information transferred to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are an industry standard and can be found at most major Web sites. fuuchs.de will never use cookies to retrieve information from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie. In order to use the fuuchs.de Site, you must use a browser that accepts cookies.

7. fuuchs.de has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The servers for our site are stored in a physically secured and climate controlled facility. Beyond the physical protection of the servers, we protect against data loss by regularly backing up data, performing consistency checks with independently recorded log files to prevent tampering, and restricting access to information on our servers via several user authentication technologies.

While it is a goal of fuuchs.de to safeguard all Members' personal information, fuuchs.de cannot ensure or warrant, the security of any information Members transmit to us, and Members submit such information at their own risk and absolve fuuchs.de of any liability.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their usernames, passwords and /or any other account information.

8. You do not have to be sent fuuchs.de updates and newsletters. You can sign up to receive a weekly fuuchs.de newsletter during the member activation process. If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving the newsletter, simply click the link at the bottom of the newsletter to unsubscribe. At no time will an fuuchs.de employee or company representative ask for your password via e-mail. If you ever receive such an inquiry, please notify fuuchs.de Member services immediately at webmaster@fuuchs.de.

9. fuuchs.de logs Members' IP addresses (the group of four numbers separated by periods, such as 123.45.64.89, that identifies a particular host computer) for the purposes of system administration, diagnostic, site tracking and reporting of aggregate usage information to our advertisers as well as tracking acquisition of PrizePoints. fuuchs.de does not link IP addresses to information identifying Members individually.

10. You do not have to participate in any surveys. From time to time, fuuchs.de may solicit your opinion to help us determine what you like and don't like. You can choose to not participate in any of these surveys without affecting your status as an fuuchs.de Member. Should you choose to participate, any information you give us may be used for further marketing purposes. In games developed with a partner, we may share the information with the partner. We will clearly inform you in advance that the information will be shared. All third parties associated with fuuchs.de (including but not limited to advertisers, sponsors and other Internet sites) with whom we share information have independent privacy and data collection practices. fuuchs.de has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions.

11. Any personal information voluntarily disclosed by Members and posted on our Web site (i.e. message boards and /or chat areas) can be viewed and used by others. If Members post personal information that is accessible to the public online, they may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

12. You can unregister from fuuchs.de at any time. If for some reason you no longer want to be a registered fuuchs.de member, please use our Close My Account form, or send an email to webmaster@fuuchs.de.

13. While fuuchs.de is careful in choosing its partners and advertisers, the company is only responsible for content on fuuchs.de and any affiliate sites owned or managed by fuuchs.de.
